I just want to give a shout out to Aldercrest Construction for not only the quality of their work but the integrity of the owner Layton Leland. They replaced our asphalt pathway in our park with a concrete pathway and Layton went above and beyond to ensure that all my concerns were addressed. This even included areas that were not even in his bid. I also liked that Layton kept our communication open throughout the entire process and was present from beginning to end. My builder referred me to Layton when I needed a RV pad poured. After having a discussion about potentially needing a retaining wall poured to support the pad slope, he proposed another option...to do some terracing instead. He gave me tips on how many terraces would be needed, how to build the walls with concrete blocks (with the proper drainage system), where to place the pad for the AC unit, and told me to call him when I was done. How many people do you know out there would provide you an option to save about 8K?! Of course I called him when I was done with the walls and had him pour the RV pad! This just speaks to the level of integrity, and honesty, that Layton has. He was also great with my young boys, and let them ride in the skid-steer when they were filling in the gravel for the pad. - Jeff W

It has been a pleasure to work with Layton and his crew for several years now. Every job he has done for us has been timely and efficient. His bids are excellent and the workmanship even better! We have had very minimal cracking which is a big deal for how much concrete work we have done including multiple heights, angles, slopes and of course the flat work. We have an older home that needed new stairs and a walkway from the street. We wanted this work to look like it had been done in the 1920's to match the house. Layton researched the job well before they poured any concrete and the entry looks great and matches the home perfectly. Everyone was professional, right on time and very respectful of the surrounding yard and plants. Easily five stars. -Randy H
